Behind every coffee there's someone who learned to dial in a grinder, read an extraction and remember how you like yours. The PROT INN team isn't counter staff: they're people who know the craft and stay because they care. It's by far the part of the company we're proudest of.
We're opening
Every new shop opens with people who were already growing inside: baristas who became bar leads, bar leads who became store managers. Joining PROT INN means joining a company that is expanding, and that means there's room to climb.
What we look for
More than experience, three things: that you care about detail, treat people well and want to learn fast. We'll teach you the craft; we can't teach the rest.
